JILT also provides proof-reading service in multi-languages. We provide a detailed gramatical and spell check proof-reading of the finished documents. Sometimes we go through with the technical proof-reading as well on the demand and need of the customer. As it is the consious work, we have a bunch of sensitive linguistics to make your documents error less.
Proofreading process :
We go through with this process of proof reading:
• We don't rely on only spell checkers because sometimes new words used in the document and not present in the dictionary will be shown as miss-spelled
• Grammar checkers can be even more problematic. These programs are found and supported with only with a few rules and sometimes the correct syntax may also show as error so finally we go with manually.
• Proofread for only one kind of error at a time. One time we go with on a focused error like first spell check then grammar and so on, to provide mistakes in proof reading.
• Read slow, and read every word. We try reading out loud, which forces us to say each word and also lets you hear how the words sound together. When you read silently or too quickly, you may skip over errors or make unconscious corrections.
• Circle every punctuation mark. This forces us to look at each one.
