All our resources are target language native translators with university degrees. We dedicate them to client projects in the long term. They are based in the target country and are proven subject specialists in client projects/products/formats.
Translation phase output is to be reviewed by a senior editor who is responsible for overall quality control, consistency and cross-consistency together with implementation of all style guides, check lists and translation-specific client instructions.
We dedicate the resources to client projects. For long term clients we build a dedicated team for handling all projects we receive from those clients, hence we ensure our resource have accumulated knowledge of client’s style preferences and terminology.
Co-ordination with client's in-country offices.
Coordination with client in-country reviewers for the purpose of incorporating stylistic and terminological preferences prior to, during and after first translation phase up to final approval.
We always respect clients’ preferences in style and terminology. Our clients either send us their style guides and glossaries or we compile them prior to project’s launch. For this end, we rely on client’s previous translations and TMs.
Prior to project start, we ask clients about any available reference glossaries and TMs. These references are accessible to all project team. They are then enriched at the end of project with new and changed terms.
We sample all output with a process consisting of a set of 'checks' throughout the life of a project. This ensures the detection of quality-related issues early in the translation process, rather than after the product has been delivered.
